DVT-2600
The DVT-2600 Venous Assist System is a specialized sequential intermittent pneumatic compression (SIPC) system designed to prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE) commonly referred to as Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) by improving venous blood flow in patients at risk for VTE/DVT. The DVT-2600 System is FDA 510(k) approved, consists of a controller, hose set and sleeves. The DVT-2600 System mechanically inflates sleeves that provide safe and effective prophylaxis for VTE. Sequential (Gradient) Compression is recognized as superior therapy for improving blood flow, relieving stasis and enhancing fibrinolysis.
